What is your pricing?
Our rates and collections aren't listed for public viewing on our site for variety of reasons. Rates and collections vary by location.
Some weddings outside of Penang area require travel which would not be included in a local wedding rate. Destination weddings are different as well.
Simply drop us an email together with details and we will get back to you ASAP!
Do you travel?
Of course YES!. We've been all over Malaysia and Singapore to photograph weddings. Travel and accommodation fees are included in destination packages, so you won’t have to worry about a thing!
How do I reserve you for my date and what is your payment schedule?
All dates are reserved once we receive your deposit.
1. Clients shall pay 20% for booking deposit.
2. Clients shall pay the remaining 70% 3 weeks before events & 10% must be paid upon delivery.

If we cancel the wedding, will we receive our retainer fee back?
Unfortunately no. Retainer fees are used to reserve your date. Once we’ve reserved your date, we do not accept new clients for your date
How long will it take to receive my photos?
Portraiture session will be available for online viewing approximately 1-2 weeks after the shoot. Weddings normally take 4-6 weeks.
How many photos do you deliver?
Great question! It varies because each story is unique. Normally engagement sessions can expect 150-250 images and weddings can expect between 600-900 depending on the amount of hours per event.
How long does it take to get my album?
6-8 weeks for wedding album. Album layout will be shared before the final layout is submitted for printing. Similar to the post-production process, if you require rush processing, a fee of RM 200.00 will be charged. Additional fees for rush shipping may also apply.
Can I add more pages and images to my album?
Each additional page can be added for additional cost and includes the design time/revisions.
